This platform is provided by Demo School to its pupils, parents and staff, and is operated for the school by Eduskyline. By signing in you agree to these terms.
Your account is issued by the school and is for you alone. Do not share your password or let anyone else use your account. If you think someone else knows your password, change it and tell the school. What is done through your account is treated as done by you.
Use it for school purposes. Do not attempt to reach information you have not been given access to, to interfere with how the platform works, or to copy information about other people out of it. Records here concern children, and that is why access is limited by role.
Messages, notices and comments you post are visible to the people the school has decided should see them. Write accordingly. The school may remove anything inappropriate and may act on it under its own policies.
The school is responsible for the accuracy of academic records. If something looks wrong, raise it with the school rather than assuming it is a fault in the platform.
The platform is maintained and updated, and may occasionally be unavailable. The school will give notice of planned work where it can. It is not intended for urgent or emergency communication — contact the school directly for anything urgent.
How information is handled is set out in the Privacy Notice, which forms part of these terms.
The platform, its software and its design belong to Eduskyline. Your school's records — pupils, marks, reports, timetables, and anything staff write in it — belong to the school. Using the platform gives you permission to use it while you are part of the school; it does not transfer ownership of either.
The school may suspend or remove an account — for example when a pupil leaves, a member of staff changes role, or these terms are broken. Records already created remain with the school.
If the school stops using the platform, its records remain the school's. It may ask for a copy in a usable format before access ends, and should ask before that point rather than after.
The platform is provided for running a school and is maintained in good faith. It is not warranted to be uninterrupted or free of error, and it is not a substitute for the school's own records where those are required by law or by the education authority. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the school operates, and disputes are subject to the courts of that country. For schools in Egypt this includes Law No. 151 of 2020 on the Protection of Personal Data.
These terms may be updated. If they change materially you will be asked to accept them again the next time you sign in.

تقدم Demo School هذه المنصة لطلابها وأولياء أمورهم وموظفيها، وتتولى Eduskyline تشغيلها نيابة عن المدرسة. وبتسجيل دخولك فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.
حسابك صادر عن المدرسة وهو مخصص لك وحدك. لا تشارك كلمة المرور ولا تسمح لأحد باستخدام حسابك. وإذا اعتقدت أن شخصًا آخر يعرف كلمة مرورك، فغيّرها وأبلغ المدرسة. ويُعتبر ما يتم من خلال حسابك صادرًا عنك.
استخدمها للأغراض المدرسية. لا تحاول الوصول إلى بيانات لم يُمنح لك الاطلاع عليها، أو التأثير على عمل المنصة، أو نسخ بيانات أشخاص آخرين منها. فالسجلات هنا تخص أطفالًا، ولهذا السبب يقتصر الاطلاع بحسب الدور.
الرسائل والإشعارات والتعليقات التي تنشرها يطّلع عليها من قررت المدرسة اطلاعهم عليها، فاكتب على هذا الأساس. وللمدرسة إزالة أي محتوى غير لائق واتخاذ ما يلزم وفق سياساتها.
المدرسة مسؤولة عن دقة السجلات الأكاديمية. وإذا بدا شيء غير صحيح، فيُرجى مراجعة المدرسة بدلًا من افتراض وجود خلل في المنصة.
تخضع المنصة للصيانة والتحديث وقد تتوقف أحيانًا. وستُشعر المدرسة بالأعمال المخططة متى أمكن. وهذه المنصة ليست مخصصة للتواصل العاجل أو الطارئ — يُرجى التواصل مع المدرسة مباشرةً في الحالات العاجلة.
طريقة التعامل مع البيانات موضحة في إشعار الخصوصية، وهو جزء من هذه الشروط.
المنصة وبرمجياتها وتصميمها ملك لـ Eduskyline. أما سجلات مدرستك — الطلاب والدرجات والتقارير والجداول وكل ما يكتبه الموظفون فيها — فهي ملك للمدرسة. واستخدامك للمنصة يمنحك حق استخدامها ما دمت منتسبًا للمدرسة، ولا ينقل ملكية أي منهما.
يجوز للمدرسة تعليق الحساب أو إلغاؤه — عند تخرج الطالب مثلًا، أو تغيّر وظيفة أحد الموظفين، أو مخالفة هذه الشروط. وتبقى السجلات التي أُنشئت لدى المدرسة.
وإذا أوقفت المدرسة استخدام المنصة، تظل سجلاتها ملكًا لها، ويمكنها طلب نسخة منها بصيغة قابلة للاستخدام قبل انتهاء الاشتراك، ويُستحسن طلبها قبل ذلك التاريخ لا بعده.
تُقدَّم المنصة لإدارة المدرسة وتُصان بحسن نية، ولا يُضمن أن تعمل دون انقطاع أو دون خطأ، وليست بديلًا عن سجلات المدرسة الرسمية حيثما تقتضيها القوانين أو الجهة التعليمية المختصة. ولا يحدّ أي مما ورد هنا من المسؤولية عن الوفاة أو الإصابة الشخصية الناتجة عن الإهمال، أو عن الاحتيال.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقانون الدولة التي تعمل بها المدرسة، وتختص محاكم تلك الدولة بنظر أي نزاع. وبالنسبة للمدارس في مصر يشمل ذلك القانون رقم 151 لسنة 2020 بشأن حماية البيانات الشخصية.
قد تُحدَّث هذه الشروط. وإذا تغيّرت تغييرًا جوهريًا فسيُطلب منك الموافقة عليها مجددًا عند تسجيل الدخول التالي.
